Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are always included in the total of your shopping cart.

If your country/region is not listed on the checkout page, you can contact us to inquire about this.

We strive to ensure that all nicotine pouches on Nic Mogul are in stock. If all the products in your cart are marked as "in stock", your order will be sent via UPS or Post.

All successfully paid orders will be processed and sent from our local warehouse to the post office within one business day. Normal transit times for logistics are 3-5 days, excluding some remote areas. Please note that we do not accept refund requests for delays in logistics transit times; for more details, please see our Return and Refund Policy.

After your order is shipped, we will send you tracking information via email. However, please note that after the parcel is sent to the post office, it may take 1-2 days for the logistics updates to appear on the website.

You can contact us at any time before your products are shipped to update the delivery address, but once the order is shipped, we will not be able to change the address for you.
